According to the shape and function of ironing plate, it can be divided into flat pressing machine (mainly used for the collection of sizes and specifications of clothing fabrics), cup ironing machine (can iron cylindrical objects, generally used for cups), hat ironing machine (with arc, generally used for finished caps), plate ironing machine (also flat, but can iron porcelain, metal and other hard surfaces).

According to the mechanism: ordinary type, high pressure type, shaking head type, air pressure type, oil pressure type, etc

principle

There are three concepts on the hot stamping machine: pressure, temperature and time.

Working mechanism: through the heating plate heating, with a certain pressure, specific temperature and time, the layer and thermosetting on the transfer paper are bonded to the substrate or penetrated into the substrate.

Operation method of manual pressing machine:

1. Pull up the direct pressure handle to make the heating plate fully open. Plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on; note: due to the high power of the machine, the whole machine must have a suitable and reliable protective ground wire!!!

2. Temperature adjustment: press the "+" or "-" key to set the temperature, press the "+" key to increase the temperature setting value, and press the "-" key to decrease the temperature setting value.

3. Adjust the left timer knob to an appropriate time of 10 seconds (the time depends on different materials);

4. When the temperature reaches the set value, the machine will automatically enter the constant temperature state;

5. Place the transfer products such as clothes and their flat on the printing table, then fold the pictures to be transferred, and press down the pressure handle; note: the pressure should not be too high, otherwise it will cause deformation of the pressure handle! The pressure should be adjusted in advance.

6. When the time is up, the buzzer will ring. At this time, lift up the pressure handle, take out the transferred object, such as clothes, and tear off the backing paper.

7. The baking temperature of metal plate is 170-200 ℃ and the baking time is 20-40 seconds; the baking temperature of porcelain plate is 200-220 ℃ and the baking time is 120-150 seconds; the baking temperature of fabric is 120-140 ℃ and the baking time is 5-10 seconds

Operation method of pneumatic press ironing machine:

1. Plug in the external gas source to make the heating plate rise; plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch, and the indicator light will be on;

2. Temperature adjustment: first press the set key, press > to select the digit to be adjusted, and then press + - to increase or decrease the temperature;

3. Time relay: first press set key, press > to select the digit to be adjusted, and then press + - to extend or shorten the time;

4. Place the fabric to be hot pressed or transferred on the bottom moving tray, pull it to the left or right, and the heating plate will press down automatically;

5. When the time is up, the heating plate will rise automatically and take out the fabric.
